Q: How long does it take to receive my custom product proof?

A: Proofs for custom products will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing your order. Please keep an eye on your email inbox, as the proof will be sent there. Please be aware as all proofs are made manually at peak times like holiday season this can extend out some.

Q: How do I approve the proof for my custom product?

A: After receiving your proof via email, please review it carefully to ensure that it meets your expectations. If you are satisfied with the design, simply reply to the email with your approval. If you require any changes, please provide clear instructions in your reply, and we will make the necessary adjustments.

Q: What happens if I don't approve the proof within a certain time?

A: If we do not receive your approval or any feedback within five days of sending the proof, we will follow up with a reminder email. However, we highly recommend approving or requesting changes as soon as possible to ensure a timely production and delivery of your custom product.

 

Q: What is your returns policy

A: Custom products are not returnable as they are made and designed bespoke for you. Predesigned items in the store can be returned for resale. If there is an error where the design does not match the proofs or the wrong item is provided we will send a replacement.
